Shipping policy
Please read through our terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Orders purchased through our website/by phone will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. Monday-Friday only.If for any reason we sell out of an item you have purchased we will contact you immediately to sort out the issue. Or, if some products (such as customized products) are shipped for you more than 7 days, we will send an email to remind you in advance.(This is why it’s important to provide us your correct phone number and email).
Shipping method:
Our first shipping method is "standard shipping", which includes YUNTU express, YANWEN express, CNE express, SF express. Shipping time is about 10-25 days
Our second shipping method is "fast shipping", which includes DHL and EMS. The transportation time is about 3-7 days.
We will ship the goods according to the transportation method you choose, and we must not change the transportation method without authorization. If the transportation channel is closed and replaced, we will contact you as soon as possible.
STOLEN OR MISSING:
If your package is stolen or missing and you have reached out to your local post office or carrier already and still couldn’t locate your order, please contact our customer service and we will work with you to make sure you receive your order.
We always try our best to estimate the shipping time and communicate with complete transparency with our customers, but sometimes unforeseen problems occur that we really have no control over.
PayPal Payments Shipping Address:
If paying with your paypal account it's your responsibility to make sure your 'ship to' address is updated and correct. Once we receive the 'ship to' address from your order and we have shipped your package we can not update the address. It's your responsibility to check all shipment addresses before confirming your online order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, and TAXES:
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc) may occur, depending on your region, state or country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Although we always strive hard to ship your orders as soon as we can, there may be times when we encounter unprecedented situations or delays. In such events, please be reminded that we are not responsible for any of the following:
Deliveries that were attempted but not successful because there was no one home or available to give a signature
Unsuccessful delivery attempts that result in a “Returned to Sender” situation
Failed delivery due to incorrect addresses entered into our shipping form
Delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs or strikes
Stolen or missing items that show delivered on the carrier’s website
